i was with virgin active, had student membership which was 20 quid a month was great untill they decided to close it and turn it into a casino....

well.. a gym is where people go to excercise.. there are treadmills.. excercise bikes.. weight machines etc etc.. you pay a membership fee to go and use all the facilities

'Treadmill, exercise' arent the kind of words that Jay has in his vocabulary. 'Weight' he can only relate to a pork chop. Good try though Viper
On a serious note though well done for taking the step to joining a gym, thats often the hard bit. Once you get into it ull soon get into a bit of a routine and feel much better for it

I am really enjoying my new lifestyle change, feeling better and happier already. I am finding that taking my ipod along also helps to motivate me even more, takes my mind off the fact that my knees/arms/arse is hurting... Hooray for exercise!
