Time to get fit again.....
Decided last week it's time i got back in shape, haven't been to the gym properly in around a year and have put on a little weight
So the plan is, jogging, cycling and getting some equipment to use at home (got to refurb a crappy summer house before i get these)
Bought new trainers the other day, bike on the way next month hopefully. After going for a jog this morning i realised exaclty how out of shape i am compared to the gym days of old - this is going to be hard getting back into a routine!!

good luck fella, i will be heading back after a week off due to my car being at a friends while the driveway has been re-done. not liking the soreness after going though!

Going to also start going to the gym again, been on and off for a year due to time constraints!
