Yeh t piece from ebay. Just search for saxo oil pressure guage adaptor.

The blue bit is just an adaptor to an4 fitting. Making up your own oil lines is very easy really, all the bits available from ebay.

No restrictor used in this build as its a journal bearing turbo, so no restriction required (if it were ball bearing it would need restricting to some degree in most cases).

Little update.

Got a pipercross airfilter so all the intake piping and charge piping is now complete. Intercooler is fitted and secured in place. I also chopped up the front bumper a bit so those in the know can tell its turbo'd as the intercooler sits really nicely just under the number plate.

Next i turned my attention to fabricating the downpipe. This was suprisingly easy by buying 2.5" tube in various bends off ebay. I wrapped it to cover my appalling welding but its fits perfectly and should be nice and free flowing. Iv actually nearly finished the exhaust so will add pictures of this fitted soon. Its essentially 2.5" all the way, with a centre silencer and ebay backbox. I wonder how loud it will be? I hope not too loud as the neighbours wint be impressed!

Also got a boost gauge (an old turbosmart) one im taking out of my van, but it works) so will get pictures of that soon too installed.

Seeing as all the hardware is basically done, i think im going to refill it with oil and coolant this saturday and fire it up to idle and check for leaks etc. i sincerely hope it doesnt shit its pants when i turn the key......

Yeh rads fitted, it literally has 1mm of clearamce between the turbo compressor housing and the front radiator. I have had to move the rad forward an inch by making some small mods to the front of the chassis/slam panel, but doesnt look too bad. It is a tight squeeze, but as far as the engine bay goes, everything is done and bolted togehter.
