Default Tyres, rear shocks

Hi, i currently own a vts(16v) with b8's in front on original springs, standard shocks in the back and cheap uhp1 tyres, as you can imagine, not really the best setup.
Am upgrading to -3cm eibach prokit springs since i will be driving it on the city and the tyres am not sure which i should get, i got these on my mind:

Toyo t1r 65€ by the reviews they wear out pretty fast
Eagle F1 75€
yoko S-drive 95€ quite expensive not sure if they are worth the t1r's price

Open for suggestions, thank you!

I'd go with the Eagles

Thanks for replying, why do you recommend them if you don't mind me asking?
I find a lot of different reviews most of them are either biased(since they bought) or they are dated
it's quite difficult getting to a conclusion

I had the Yokohama S-Drive and I found them to be pretty good for road use.

Still deciding... About the Eagle F1-gsd3, apparently they have been made all over the worlds, china, germany etc, some say there were really bad batches and also they are discontinued? Although in some searches people say only on some size's which have been replaced by the new asymmetrical.
The toyo t1r, a lot of people say they are overrated, wear very badly, notch down from the eagle's f1
Can't find almost no updated information(past 2-3 years) all posts are 5+years old
