Default Head build/rebuild opinions

I have a spare head that I'd like to have overhauled to cope with the current power level. 270bhp or so.

I'm looking at getting an Athena head gasket and ARP head bolts this time around (just used normal stuff up to now).

The current head had stem seal issues before upping the boost and now it is totally shagged. Also I am pressurising the coolant, so that has sealed it's fate.

I'm looking for opinions on who you would use to do a rebuild. Mail order unless they are Yorkshire based.

I'm also curious as to any thoughts on using different valve springs.

Cheers
