A slight flicker of RROD
I was installing my new HD tv i received this morning, when the xbox plug accidently came out of the socket, with the xbox turned on. I saw the RROD on my xbox i thought OH SHIT! I turned it off via the Xbox button, then turned it back on and touch wood *touches wood* its been ok since. How should i go about this? Should i just see how it goes? Never experienced the RROD before so don't know how it works really.

RROD, is 3 red rings lit up, if you saw all 4 rings that was because the cable between xbox/tv was loose/yanked out.
