Default KORG Kaossilator Pro +

Thinking of shelling out 300 quid for one of these babies.
It would be used as a standalone Electronic Instrument to create the base of a song for editing within Reason 6.5 or 7.

Anyone had one or got one ?

Cheers.

It was, as best described, a £250 quid LED touch screen with some cool samples, but extremely difficult and awkward to use.

If your 12 and want to fuck about - great.

If you're a serious music producer and wanted to use it as an extra instrument / synth for your productions - forget it.

When it records loop banks it overdubs the next bar unless you have the finger of god, it's ridiculous.

In terms of playing notes its like trying to hit single notes on a small keyboard with a Richmond sausage. You trigger like 3 notes at the same time. Unless you have the device set to some of the smaller scales. Literally a " mm " either side of your finger can cause it to trigger another note. Pisses you off hardcore.

As i say it had some lovely chords on there and some nice bass noises but for £250 i paid. No chance.

I sold it and put the money towards some Yamaha HS8's
