Well massive thanks to Lex and Rich of BDMotorsport for the work they put in today also to my mate Tom who also put a hand in helping with a few odds n ends.
So HG, Belt, lower rad hose and mounts got sorted today all i rosey in this garden now But sweet baby Jesus the last HG was properly boned and Head was completely boned to no thanks to previous owner, pretty amazed the it didn't die sooner as you will see the HG just became caramelized turd paper!! Was loosing water/coolant left right center really did not know how it last 6 months!
Yes you are seeing that right! proper cunt punted that one! Would of got few more pics but didn't think to as just binned all the dead stuff
above near finished article will get more pics tomorrow as there are a few more jobs as need to extend wires for temp sensor plug and get new lower mountings for alternator as something again last person has just left off
But other than that car started up idled fine after finding itself, system been bled but will do that again tomorrow. Lex & Rich need a mention again as Rich actually took time to do the tappets properly and to be fair they needed doing as was way out on both exh/inlet sides, also Lex did well on aload of the other stuff which to be honest I would of had no patience for.
Tomorrow will be 3 small jobs and then next saturday will actually get the fucker lowered

lol Andy you changing your car again but then again new one looks much better.
Right jobs and times :
Tomorrow - Go scrappy get bits for lower part of alternator bracket, extend wires for temp gauge plug, give system a small bleed up. Clean up crap from inside, take for test drive.
Next weekend - Get it lowered and rear brake lines
Then thats it mission accomplished for a few weeks/months pending job situation, will be a few cosmetic things like bumpers and spoiler but they can wait for now.

The pricing of that turbo kit is nearly as good as mine for a vts engine,
Vts engine, two brand new shafts, unlocked ecu and all sensors for £90 with 62k miles
