I've been consuming large amounts of junk and american food as of late.
Therefore now I am trying to cut down on my Sugar intake, eat more healthy when in work and drink loads of water.
A trip to the doctors about my asthma and then I will be back to my jogging routine.

Keep going! You have any intra/pre-workout etc? My pre/intra workout shakes have aided along with a solid year of progressive overload and aas cycles has seen me advance well. Cutting now though so expect to hit the wall for a few months.
I'm Currently benching 120kg for reps but want to be able to rep 3 plates (140kg/308lbs) currently manage 2 and then feels as though my spotter is rescuing me on the 3rd. (I weigh 18.5stone now though) So at your current bodyweight it's an impressive lift!

Nah I used to take pre-workout but it didn't do much except make me feel like shit lol. Never took any gear before tbh. I was thinking about getting some dbol but I think I'm far too bad tempered and would end up getting sacked. A bit depressing when the lad I go to the gym with is on test and atm is getting massive gains haha.
I usually bench about 80-85kg 3x10 but like i said I'm trying to do 100kg but for 5x5 just to get a bit stronger. Quite a long way off but It's getting there. I think I am quite strong for my weight but I'm only 5'8 so I don't have to lift it far
off too the gym now

Keto again, worked so well before. Cutting booze down to nothing/special occasions which combined with no excerise was probably my biggest problem.

Trying to cut down on carbs and sugar here just started with the detox water it's pretty good but I like water anyway and started "the curse" pre workout pump is insane only problem I have found is you get pins and needles all over your body and it hits you hard for a few hours.

Beta Alanine is usually the cause of the 'tingles' just embrace them, least you know your pre-workout is kicking in.
May try the curse again, worked well for me before. I'm using Cellucor C4 at the moment, don't see the big fuss about it. I had a break to reduce my tolerance for at least 2 months prior to use also omitted all other stimulants such as caffeine and i'm on started on 2 scoops, nothing.. and built up to 5 scoops now to feel any effects. Maybe just don't agree with me.

Been hitting the gym after work for the past year.
Started off 3 days a week... now got to 5 days and think I am addicted!
I do 3 days of weights 2 days rowing and ab work.
Bench is my obsession at the moment... my routine is pretty simple.
5'4 - 61kg
Doing 5x5 currently trying to hit 85kg bench.
Failing 5th rep on 4th set at the moment...but will keep pushing!

Crisps diet haha, I do no exercise (other than walking) however occasionally have to wrestle farm animals from being stuck or flipping sheep and alpacas to sheer them!
Other than that, no goals, no achievements,

Any advice on a pre-workout? I've been back in the gym seriously now for the last 3 months or so. Its a bit of a pisser when I'm out in the field trying to create a plan when all you have are weights made out of axles and drive shafts but hey ho
