have you looked into throttle boddies properly yet? sounds as if you have a little reading up to do buddy, they get rid of the whole standard inlet system altogether,
Whats your spec just now?

Also found some paper work out saying the flywheel had been grinded so I presume it's been lightened and balanced if that would make much difference.

Cheers mate ye I like the colour that's the main reason I wanted this car when I saw it.
Mark now has the covers that he should be re doing next week.
Prob not a exact colour as car but look close enough so I'm happy with it, beats the yellow lol.

Lil update bought an original 106 gti battery cover to tidy the bay up more.
Seem to be rare now and also bought a top mount as one of my screws is snapped by a previous owner.
Just waiting for them to be posted out to me.
Next on my list will be to order cat cams next month.

Some people Like it but some don't.
Guess it's just one of those things either you hate it or love it lol.
IMO I think it does look better than before when it was sprayed in satin black.

Looking good! I need to spray my window covers. Are they easy to get off? How did you do it? Thanks
