Something wrong with the internets

My internet has slowed right the hell up and I don't know why. I've never had any problems with it in 5 years but ever since i defraged my drive and cleaned it up it has been unbareable.

It seems to be the images and buttons on sites that take agessssssss to load, sometime they dont even bother loading.

Funny this is, I did a speed test on speedtest.net and I'm getting amazing speeds (for me) at 5mb but when it tests for the upload speed it just keeps loading and doesn't do anything! it has done this on 2 different speed test sites.

well in ur computer internet sites save cookies n temp internet files so tht they can load the webpages quicker could be due to this. Does on mine.

well ive tried deleting all the temp files and cookies but it hasn't changed anything.

I cant upload anything and speed test sites cant detect my upload speed.

youtube vids load fine though. I can watch a whole 3 minute video before any images on the site load up lol

happens to me now and again...just leaving it a while always seems the best idea....
