Bargain? Clio sport 172
Saw this on pistonheads, don't know whether i trust it though because the description by the seller seems a little chavvy, and if its the best car hes ever owned then why is he selling? Beautiful car though.

Dont like it tbh. Wheels are KAK!!
http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/973821.htm
The one above is nice! Mileage is abit high, but looks better looked after.
Clio Sports are so cheap now, you could get a 182 for 5k! And they are wicked little cars!

Looks pretty abused. The engine bay looked KAK!! Just as KAK as the wheels.
I would look elsewhere mate.

I thought those wheels - refurbed and then powdercoated in black would of looked mint tbh - i agree with the engine bay comment though.

Only wheels that look good on those tbh is the ones they should have! Either the cup alloys or a set of 182 wheels! Either of those in anthracite would be mint!

Doesnt look like a bargain to me.
Seen plenty of cheaper ones about, which dont have shit wheels, gay sound systems, cheap bolt on air filter etc etc.......
and doesnt matter if you go more miles on a clio if the belts have been done.
EG a 50k one with all belts done is more of a bargain than a 45k one where they will need doing imo. So you need to check for that

Just a quick example of a car you can get for say £3500
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=398593
Not the best mind but shows plenty about, can sell a set of wheels for a few hundred which would make it near 3k
and one more money
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=408742
but as you can see its had all the belts done etc..
