Default make the kids go to school instead of holiday

yes what a good idea !!!!

i just heard on the radio that schools may not break up for half term and instead stay open to be able to catch up on the lost days due to the snow

what do you all think ?

i know it would really piss me off if i was still at school !! but as i am not keep them in lol

I can see the point with AS/A/GCSE's but not for anything else. Aren't they talking about prosponing the exams now?

Bad idea. In the half term I always have a stupid amount of work to do. I won't get a chance to do it otherwise. And the snow days weren't a proper break. If it does happen I'm taking some days off anyway.

Pointless idea unless for the years doing important exams, they need that time to learn and prepare for them.
