Remove blackra1n jailbreak!
Anyone know how to do this? i havent updated to ver 3.1.3 so if i do that i should lose the jailbreak shouldnt i? but will i lose my apps as well?

Thats fine coz wanted to jailbreak with spirit... so yeh updated firmware which removed blackra1n but kept all my apps which im chuffed about. job done gonna download spirit now.

You cant jailbreak V3.1.3.. You need to downgrade to 3.1.2 to do this. BUT you can't do this any more due to the fact apple has kurbed this and doesn't allow you to 'restore' the 3.1.2 Version, even if you change the server details it doesn't work.
I've tried it.
One of the hackers should be making a hack for it end of June time/ middle of July.
Cba to find links as its taken me several weeks to find this out.

You can jailbreak 3.1.3 using Spirit

I have new baseband iPhone what a ball ache. Jailbreak works with spirit but not possible to unlock. Ended up swapping iPhone with my sis as hers is old baseband. Managed to upgrade to 3.1.3 somehow and maintain unlock.

ye spirit is good, add installous now, thats the best place to downloads apps once jailbroken i found.

I'm running upto date firmware as well and jailbreaked my phone with spirit it's very easy as you only click one button make sure you back up your SHS files though.

Yeah spirit works for 3.1.3. Ic you thinking of upgrading to iOS4 on the 21st just wait till then otherwise you will loose apps again..

for some reason cydia is messed up gotta re-jailbreak again. also for free apps appcake is pretty good!
