I'm after a tv for my birthday. Max budget is about £380 and i'm after full HD 1080p. 40 or 42 inch ( or bigger if in budget). Would mainly be used for xbox 360 and the odd dvd played through my xbox.
Just wondering what yous guys maybe could suggest?

wouldn't buy LG again since my previous LG TV woke me up with fire and black smoke.

On the other side I've always been impressed with samsung screens especially with the contrast.

Never had a problem with my LG so I would advise the LG.

But either way your not going to push the tv to its limit anyway with the 360. So either tv will be fine
