Default Fuel pressure/return

Currently building a quicksilver with a j4 and going turbo.
on the standard 1.4 does not use a return it has a fpr on top the fuel tank
if I change this for a 4 bar fpr and upgrade the pump will this be okay? or will I need to use a return?

The return is built in but just further back. Id imagine itd be ok, only problem id foresee would be if the quiksilver supply line was significantly smaller than 16v and would choke. Doubt it though, Id guess it would be fine
