Default Invoicing

Hi Guys and Girls.

Up until my invoice book ran out i've been dishing out hand-written receipts. I would like to start giving printed invoices but i dont really have much knowledge on what FREE programs to use or how to make a template in what program, or if i can use excel etc?

Could anyone give me a few pointers? Or possibly do it for me if i pay you.

I have no idea at all about handling invoices but this programme is free and has great reviews -

http://download.cnet.com/Volutive-Fr...-10262791.html

Or heres an invoice template, i assume you use Excel to edit the stuff in it -

If both of them are shite, just have a look on www.download.com, search "Invoice" and have a look through them, check to make sure they are free first and not just a trial, and have a look at the reviews to see what people are saying about it

If your not needing to do them constantly, then excel would be fine, maybe with some VB macros to make the process a bit quicker and simpler to follow!

Access is good for this, can get it to autogenerate invoices and keep records of them without having to save individual files, if your knowledge of access isnt too good then id recommend just doing it via excel
