Any possibility of doing a reinstall on them, and then trying to uninstall?

If you dont want to download extra programs to uninstall programs you can simply delete the files from the Program Files folder or where ever they are stored and then run a registry cleaner. Does exactly what an uninstaller would do

CCleaner has a registry cleaning feature, just remove the program files first or it will think they are still being used
