I think this is why people post in the wrong section...... You post in the right one and although your told you get more targetted responses you get zip.
Soon as you post in the wrong section such as general chat, all the comments fly in.

yeah gonna make a mix of dnb, dubstep, electro and what not.
I do like this new dubstep sound despite the true real dubstep fans hating it because its nothing like the original stuff.
But hey, I used to like garage until 4x4 came along and ruined it with all the BRAP BLAP ! so, shit happens.
Buy yes mate il be making more stuff continuously.

Quite a few nice layers in there. The technique side of it is good, one thing though: I reckon you should learn more music theory and in particular chords as you're only doing some B sharp major and keeping it sharp instead of exploring further.
How's reason 5 treating you anyway? Sounds like they improved the sound quality a bit.

agreed, desert in here. If you didn't have the xbox and ps3 stuff on the same area you would get double zip.

lol... Well with reason you get what you put in; If you place a drum kit in there and leave it like that, it will be flat and dead but a bit of compression techniques and panning makes all the difference.
Sidechaining on basses helps to duck the bass on a kick too, I love that
.... I agree with some of my notes mate... Sometimes i can struggle to step the tune up a key, in fear of fucking it up.
However, I am new to making different genres so i will improve. I can whip you up a garage beat in two minutes but its just dead now, my mates are still making it but its too easy. I want to always push myself and all this new stuff coming out in terms of dubstep and dnb is just screaming at me lol.
I feel like im gettin closer and closer.... put it this way I will not stop until you hear me on radio one or something so..... watch this space haha !
Also one final note. the quality on that tune in SC is appling tbh. Sound cloud does this funny compression thing with your track when you upload it and on occasions it can snip off certain peak amplitudes and your snare turns into a panned wet fart. Pisses me off.

i agree. Thanks for those comments about the tune. Appreciate it. Yeah, Manu it seems as though leaving a touch of head room prevents it from glitching but realistically your not going to leave too much head room on a fully finished tune just so that sound cloud Doesnt fluff your tune up.
