Problem is that next on my list of lowest capital to return property is the studio again... but this is clear not worth it because of the two extra mafia members I'll need (at 2.5mill a pop)... so whats your plan now mate?

I'm going to target the more expensive on the Town Square (Hotel and Strip Mall), sell the Studio's possibly... and go from there... then work on to the higher earning joints...

Yeh, i dont have my little scribbly bit of paper with all my return costs of buildings but im not buying any more studios or restaurants, even though they are the next best value.

Will need to have a look at me list again but as i remember it the higher end of the town squares are the only worthwhile next move & at some point probs sell the studios & restaurants to make room for the better things. They have served there purpose already i think but as mafia members are still only a few mill each & im not exactly raking in the cash i'm just gonna hang on to em a little longer.

Might have to have a little play with the idea of buying maybe a couple or quad of the middle town square properties as stepping stones & then rid them later with the studios.

So tempting to blow all my cash on weapons though & exact some revenge for all the beatings ive taken lol

discovered the max you can steal off someone is £100,000, so when you've got 20,000,000 you only loose 0.5% and the amount of times people are beating me is slim now anyway... woo.

I've been lazy recently & banking instead of keeping in hospital.

Sold my studios ads, just about to buy the smuggling gear too i think, have 16 mil in bank next purchase will be 10 estates for 50 mil.

No idea, cats been sat on a shelf for the year passed my last few MOTs with it. They are runing additives through the fuel & stuff to try lower em. Got the std ecu back on too & if it dont work by lunch i gotta head round with the shit under fueling map as a last resort

Just bought sea smuggling reagents & also got tooled upa bit so i can deal some damage back to the thugs on the street!

EDIT: didnt work, pummled 3 times in 3 random fights

Another argument against the banking your money one....

Since the bank charges 10%. You can afford to spend upto 10% of your wage tooling yourself up for defense points. If your earning alot then you can spend alot on defense especially if your 20mill+ in pocket like ads mentioned above as theres a limit to how much you can lose.

It looks like machine guns is the best cost per attack / defense point but rocket launcher is vrey close behind so they would be my recommendations for weps

Also just like to say that the guys developing this are top. Have had a few more emails with them after they fixed my bug & considering the number of folks playing this now its ace that they have time for a wee chat with the little people!

Thats what i mean mate.

If you keep banking your wages you lose 10% of what you earn. So instead of banking you can spend upto 10% of what you earn on upkeep costs for weapons to defend yourself.

Im on a 1.5mil income atm so i can spend upto 150,000 on weapons which works out as more rocket laucnhers than i have mafia members lol.

So atm i've got 10 machine guns & 12 rockets + my boat so my upkeep is $80k and im winning about 80% on my defence fights atm. Which works out at me only spending about 5.5% of my wage defending myself (although the boat is 35k upkeep and has no desirable properties, i just need it for the missions)

Combined with keeping my health below 20 as much as i can im saving alot of money over using the bank. Also when you factor in the money im earning for doing missions then im only spending about 3% of my income to defend myself!
