i love fitness threads,

everyone is an expert even the people who ask the initial question!

ECA, CLEN, DNP work, the rest are a waste of money,

there also much more researched and used for X years whereas the latest hype fat burners (aka proplus renamed) arent...

do as maggy said above, also ECA is all legal ingredients FYI and cheaper than most fat burners with shiny packages that dont work

Anything off the shelf sold as 'thermogenic fat burner' etc. is just a bullshit herbal supplement, hell I could knock one up for 50p a bottle and sell ot for £30 and I bit it would be more effective and potent.

Clen is hands down the most effective dietary supplement I have used to aid with fat loss. You know it works when you have jitters, you're sweating your tits off and feeling a variety of mild side effects.

With Clen get the chinese stuff, it's another level to the likes of Alpha Pharma etc. imo.

If you'd rather not go for something such as eca, clen etc. then honestly save your money they will make no noticeable difference.

Prioritise your fats and protein, knock the carbs down. Throw in some low intensity fasted cardio in the mornings, lift heavy and throw in some high intensity cardio in the evenings and drink 4-5 litres of water a day..thats the best way to burn fat.

From my experience I would suggest changing diet instead of spending money on fat burners.

Well just to update this, I'm now (just about!) taking supplements. Gone for Grenade Black Ops cos it has a shorter effect, good for late evenings on tuesdays and thursdays. Lost a stone in the first 3.5 weeks so pretty chuffed.

Those saying about fat burners being shit unless you get this, or nothing works, or how do you know, or just listen take this, I don't want to take clen, t3 or whatever based on the potential to fuck me up especially when my family has a bad track record for heart problems and thyroid, coincidentally the worst things you read about for those.

Diet is on track as well so can't change a lot with that. Fasted cardio in the mornings (cycling to work) and weight training 5/6 days a week as well as dieting has seen me good results so far so pretty happy.

Don't ask for advice if you're going to mouth of like a little faggot afterwards and claim your right and everyone else is wrong when you don't have the ability to compare your shitty little fat burners with something of real potency. (as you haven't used them both)

I have used grenades myself and then used the likes of clen,t5's and eca stacks etc. the difference is night and day it really is and having used the 2 i wouldn't spend the £30/£40 on the off the shelf fat burners, i'd spend it on wholesome foods.

Don't get me wrong the likes of grenade etc. will not hinder fat loss but they will make negligible difference in my opinion from my own experience. (I sweated a little more but had more placebo effects than anything).

Based on your families medical history it obviously makes no sense and i wouldn't advise to use the likes of clen, eca etc. risk is not worth it, but this is why you consult your doctor get bloods taken and assess your overall health etc.

Off the shelf 'fat burners' at best in some cases can suppress appetite but normally as more of a placebo effect.

Your results are down to diet and training not your supplementation, the same can even be said for the likes of clen, t5 and eca stacks. IMO there not a required supplement for anyone who is not competing with an already low body fat. You can easily obtain the physique you'd likely desire with just your diet and training.

I know a grenade sponsored athlete funnily enough, I also know he doesn't use their off the shelf products that he's given for free.

Sorry to rant, but fuck me it does my head in when you try and save someone a few quid and they try and shoot you down lol.

Family has history of heart problems which puts him off government banned substances.

Buys legal fat burners which increase the heart rate and has effects on blood pressure.

Yeah think you're right saying /thread
