Basically when I used to have a 106 I was on the 106oc and they had a monthly photo theme so for e.g. forest or snow (along them lines) then people would submit photos taken by themselves that month that match the theme - people would then vote at the end of the month who has the best photo and it would be placed in the shot of the month winners of 2010 thread which a moderator controls

anyone else would like that idea?
