Yup the Zcars Conversions are excellent. But you have to remember that
there cars are mainly aimed at track and competition.
Living with a Hyabusa Engined Saxo would be a pain in the arse for
everyday driving.
YOu would be revving the shit out of it and ragging it about cus of the
high revving engine!

Main con to installing cams is the initial cost and cost to remap to suite.

all depends what you want from your engine mate..... if you just want out right power and speed, get a engine conversion + turbo/superC, but anyone can do that. if you want to say you have a fast vrt then cam, and other enigne work is for you. each to there own man...... My advise would be to think what you want to use the car for, before spending a shit load of mular.

why waste your money on cams when your dropping a bike engine in the back?

As stated the Z cars conversion aren't really intended for everyday use but it would be fun trying.

well to start with its a "Cam" nots "Cams" the VTR is 8V = single cam! of course you can get some decent power figures from a VTR as cammedvtr will tell you. however, i wouldn't advise camming your VTR if your looking at dropping a Hyabusa Engine in the back seats soon. save your money, im sure if you ask him cammedvtr will tell you it will cost about £700 to cam and re-map it and before you can do that, you have to look at what its going to cost to fit it, unless you know what your doing of course!

imo, you should save your dosh and put it towards some mods for your bike engine, i.e. bike throttle bodies, etc

Like its been mentioned above mate, the cost of camming your VTR would be better added to your conversion if thats what you plan.... as for the cost of the cam and other engine work I wouldnt have a clue.... Think I paid £199.00 for the cam kit and about £50 in gaskets and stretch (sp) bolts....

As for the fitting and head work, me and my papa did all thats so there was no labour cost... Mine is running at 122bhp and thats the lowest rolling road reading ive had.... Mine isnt remapped , but it does need a little more fuel as i found out last week at Well Lane Turbo Centre...

Your call mate, but If your planning conversion I'd save your dosh because that will be mega money...
