can you be more specific about when the item was brought, what thread etc. I mean not as though I don't believe you, VTSTomE has loads of threads about him not sending goods or sending them late. personally I think he uses the money people pay him to find that item at a cheap price and sells it on. I'm sure you'll get the item but it will take alot of pm's and while longer to wait and more responses on this thread

Its a cheque.
Easiest way of being scammed tbh as theres no comeback on your money, once its cashed, its cashed! no help from the bank atall, unlike if you was to do paypal where there is reason for sending the money and they can also help you get your money back.

A cheque will have the persons details on it, therefore the bank and police will have these details to go by to track down the person. simples.

yes true. But how do the police know that he is even buying anything? The only way it would make a difference is if he had a written recept saying I accept your offer and will sell you my blah blah blah.
We all know that he payed forthw items. But how do the police know?

shouldn;t really send a cheque to unknow people anyways, easist way to get cloned. a cheque contains all your bank info name and such. if thats gets into wrong hands by by money in bank hello credit cards and loans.
