Hi

bought a original xbox of this guy and he sent it straight away he then said he had a xbox360 for sale as you can see in this email so i bought it about 5 or 6 weeks ago, and he keeps fobbing me of with excuses, asked for tracking number and wont provide one even though he says he has one.

here is the email saying he has the tracking number. ive asked for it and he wont give it, hes been online several times after this email.

also chances are that the xbox's are some of the load which were blocked by microsoft for using copied games....... thats based on his already dodgy performance.. good luck

Hes the one who tried to sell some noob 6 phones for like £20 lol, wasnt rbought up couse it was a noob n he didnt kno wht to do. I also had no sympathy for him becuse there was a page of poeple saying its dodgy on his for sale thread then this guy comes along saying whts ur paypal il have them...week later he bumps the thread up sayin nothin recived lol and he paid by gift lol

I haven't been on this site long, and so wouldn't have know of him, i searched his name, nothing came up, looked at stuff he has sold to other people, messaged them, and they all said they had received their items, also i bought another xbox of him which was sent asap in good working order as described, so i had no reason to suspect he was a scammer.

what i dont understand is if hes scammed all these people why is he still allowed to sell?

i phoned the company you sent it with and they say you have not sent it, as it was down to be collected but failed to be collected. whats going on?

EDIT: it has now been sent, but what i dont get is why you said you sent it weeks ago, when clearly you had not?
