are all lambda sensors on petrol saxos/106's the same?

i would have thought that different engine sizes are different cos it measures the gases released, and as larger engines release more shit, it wouldnt work..

thats the idea i was thinking. But then, its only a sensor, suraly itll have the range to cope with different er amounts of gas, as if a 1.4 is overfueling badly or whatever, then it would sense this, and an over fueled 1.4 might gas as much as a vts? confused?

i would have thought it would need to be precise mate as it goes straight to the ecu, telling it to either add more fuel or reduce the consumption...
and you might get misfires from this like i did on my vts... if you put another engine size on one.
