I recently bought a 15pin to 15pin lead... this runs my Laptop on to my LCD TV.

Depends on the connections on each device and what you're actuallt connecting together.
ie: a PC will only attach to an LCD/Plasma and not to a traditional CRT

Won't be able to conect it unless your PC has an SVHS/Video output on a video card
What outputs do you have on the PC?

SVHS? circular?
If so you can buy an SVHS-Scart lead but watch out they aer directional!
Make sure you explain you are going from SVHS to a Scart input.
That will transfer the picture only

That'll be the one!
Just wander into maplin, show them a pic of each plug and explain what you want to do.
A basic lead should only be about a fiver depending on length
Good luck
