Followers should wear with cams so whenever you change cams you should ideally change followers. Better safe than sorry!

Temped by the idea of new followers but cash on the tight, will see nearer the time. Quite a few say you don't really need them if your engine isn't high miles...? Jeeves, news on the belts would be nice

have been busy mate, but was told that we'd be looking at around 20-25% discount on them too.

A question regarding the PH1 and PH2 cams:
What sort of power gains could be seen from these cams and do these also NEED a re-map? I really want cams but cant justify £450 for a decent remap and, yes, I am fully aware that I would need a remap to take the full advantage of PH3's!
Cheers!

ph1's are very mild and ph2's are a combination of one ph1 cam and one ph3 cam iirc.not sure which is exhaust or inlet though

Angel Tuning will map it for you for £240 all in, they won't use a rolling road but they will drive it on the road loads, tweaking the settings to get it running right. Thats what I'll be using when i get the PH3s...

AliC - because it's such a good price, even if you get them, but decide not to fit them, I reckon you could easily get your money back selling it on ebay or even on here !

rickyp-rpm - i would advise solid lifters with ph4's, as the ph3's are pretty much the same as 708's, and from whats been mentioned in the past, they seem to be on the boundaries of everything.

I know that cammed 16v's with breather mods stand up nicely against Type-R's and Clio 172/182, so a cammed Furio should be battling their own against 16v Fiesta Zetec-S I'd imagine. Should behave quite naughty for a 1400
