not really a scamming issue though is it you can apply for a new V5 FROM dvla form is downloadable from website
but in reality it is your fault for buying a car without the V5 present that is a really silly thing to do and would strongly reccommend people do not do this

Jason didn't sign the log book, simple as that. Why would I lie about it?
I simply forgot about it, the V5 ended up filed with my car paperwork and hence I didn't realise that it hadn't been sent. When jason asked me about it, It reminded me and I was honest and said that I'd not sent it and that I would when I was next back at my parents where the V5 was, I live and work nearly 100 miles from there so it's not practical to do a 200 mile, 3-4hr round trip to post a V5. I had to work and didn't go home last weekend so I didn't have a chance to get the V5, I told jason this.
Jason then started repeatedly demanding the V5 then telling me to get my parents to send it. I said that I'd send it when next home, he then kept pm'ing me demanding that it was sent right now and when I delayed my pm reply more than half a day he would pm me again asking why I was ignoring him. What does he expect?
Most of the people that I know would have got thoroughly pissed off with the constant pestering. I however have posted the V5 first class on monday so it will be with the dvla.
As for your childish facebook status, your attitude towards me and making this thread, just LOL seriously.

*littleracer
That is different to 'losing' the form then accusing someone of not signing it.

the ones alex told you what needed to be done to them to be fitted correctly but you decided you had your own ideas on the matter?
