I couldn't give a flying shit if it works or not. I've asked for a refund as he told me it was new and it wasn't, and he replies in a way where he doesn't want to know. Yet the large majority here all lick his arse cos of his postcount?
I ask if its new
He says yes
It arrives
Not New
Money Back
and I'm in the wrong?

I've opened a Paypal Dispute in the hope that this will resolve the issue. Money is money, and in my eyes I'm £15 down. Fair enough he has sold to many people and has a good reputation, but obviously nobody is perfect and just happens to be with me that mistakes have been made.

How on earth are you £15 down? You got the part you clown, so you got what you paid for, and it passed the mot. If anything your the scammer as you are trying to get the money back and you have the part.

scammed? no i dont think so. the part is there and is useable alebeit not fully as described. technically the buyer could have asked for a pic. its pretty clear theres "fault" from both sides
but a thread full of idiots? yes.

I havnt said a bad word against you or had anything against you till now.
but
/twat ashley
If i was buying this sensor and i got that answer i know i definatly wouldnt just go by that answer for both.
Thread full of idiots? Cool.
Persoanlly think saxp has had it now apart from a few.
