Impossible to tell the plate on that I'm afraid, car looks to have nos or something?
Either way jay has openly admitted in this thread to needing cash, guess this is how he did it.

If thats a uk plate then the cage is still in the uk.
If a 3rd party has an indigo rallye on the rr its not going to be hard to find out who it is.

Op is foreign, so if he had that cage fitted in his car the background car wouldn't have uk plates now would it?
Jay has sold the cage to Martyn, then another punter from the uk has also paid jay for the cage. UK bloke collected the cage, Martyn lost out.
Shocking behaviour from Jay really. Shame as he seemed decent.

Looks like in the photo a mr D Walker has collected the cage, and the pic has Martijn's name on it so it shows he is being genuine about having the cage
hope that makes sense, and that's how I'm seeing it tbh
Edit: yeah basically what Gav said above

All sounds a bit fishy this???
Don't write off sending stuff abroad chaps - I live in France and have bought loads of stuff form the UK (this forum, ebay and others) and all has arrived safely with no probs. As long as it's via a decent courier (DHL, TNT etc.) with a tracking number then it avoids any "lost items" and both buyer and seller know where the item is. Def don't send it by "man with a van" as no-one's got any comeback in the event of it going astray.
Not an easy case to read this one - Jay may or may not have sent it to Martijn, on the other hand Martijn may have got a pal to post up the photo and message to get his money back and already has the cage.
Only real solution is if Jay can get proof that it was delivered to Martijn from the delivery man - without this proof a refund seems to be the only option.
Anyone got Judge Judy's number ?

It's not a question of being dumb, we're seeking clarity.

No. That someone else has the cage!
I brightened up the photo:
As you can see this car has the battery located in the back, braided brake lines running through the car. No interior what so ever. Car has no wiper and an RR register sticker on the rear window.
My car looks like this on the inside, battery is still in the engine compartment. Has a rear wiper and no sticker of the RR register on the rear window.

So the other guy couldn't just get a photo from the internet to "proof" he had the cage.
