looks liek yu still need to use a mouse for some stuff so seems a bit pointless for the money which youd have to spend to get one by the time they become cheap the hands free control will be coming in lol be a nice novelty though if you had cash to waste

dont seem a bad spec for £750 quid but ther making a big fuss out of it because its never been sold this way before and they have some flashhy program to make good use fo a touch screen, these have been around years lol  but i would deffo have one!
