just placed an order for some newmans lifters, hope to get the car rebuilt before the end of the month.

once rebuilt i will get back out there, silverstone, cadwell (like you didnt see that one coming) and the new snetterton. hell yeah

mate offered me his 03 vts cheap so i have taken it for the mrs, its her new daily drive, new gmax sprin/damper kit,ss exhaust 73k miles. tidy motor

no updates for the black car other than wideband kit and set of newmans lifters are here and ready to be fitted.

Just randomly watched the footage at cadwell on page 10.

I love the fact that it's not a car with the most expensive engine build / suspension set up etc. But a car that's driven to it's limit regularly.

Puts a lot of the 'pub talk' members to shame who ASW daily about their 'track' car!! (no need to mention names)

ok newmans lifters was ready to go in last weekend... i decided to change the oil first that had gone black in 6 months! must be the track lol...

new oil in the car and its quiet as a mouse. have given the car some stick to raise oil temps and sounds nice and smooth. quess i will be keeping the newmans lifters for the build next year (S/C).
