Yea I train 3 times a day 5 days a week.but wouldn't mind doin something at the weekend? What does 18" mean?

97kg usually 85kg but I'm recovering from an injury n put on alotta weight.lol.

Deadlift form was terrible mate but it was probably because of the weight, squat looked good though, went below parallel by the looks, nice one.

Hmm, think you should have driven through the heels more. Your legs seem to straighten up before the weight is off the ground, and then you seem to pull up with mostly the back. I reckon if you'd have used your legs to start the lift, you'd have got that.

You have to lock out quicker than a strongman lift to guarantee not getting stuck causing you to rench..

For a gym lift that's fine. I'll have 250 clean for nationals so it's all good.
