Hi rey
We accept we won't be able to beat every quote but December (typically one of the quietest months) was our second best month of 2012 for business!
We also receive lots of good feedback - some of it listed at www.carclubsinsurance.co.uk

Genuinely don't think I've seen a post from anyone saying that you've beaten they're price?

Quite happy to be proven wrong however.

Or Chris Knott when you worked for them for that matter..

Well, only 2 people rang us on here in December and 1 of them insured with us!
Problem is that people are much more likely to post negative things than positive. We see the bigger picture where you guys on here only see what people write on here!

Problem is, going by people who have posted, the few you give an 'ok' price to (£600 with £400 excess, on a VTR, for a 33 y/o?!?!) are above the typical age of people who own Saxo's.

Like I say rey, we see the bigger picture. And also, are you saying the guy who took out a policy with us recently from Saxperience is not a typical Saxperience member?

I'm only busting balls bud.

But yes, I am saying you wont typically find a 33 year old in a VTR, willing to pay that amount.. I'm 11 years younger, I wouldn't pay that for a VTR, especially with the excess he had...

Just rang prestige for a quote, and with 1ncb, they want me to pay what I pay LV with 0 ncb.. I told the lad I've been quoted £90 and he went silent.. So personally I wouldn't recommend prestige.

I did indeed, I can't help but recommend LV but some people I know have had trouble, I've never had an issue

Not sure yet, being a bit of an idiot and getting a Clio 172 on saturday. Paying £550 to change my insurance from my VTR to the 172 for the remainder of my policy which is 5months. Original VTR policy cost me £1380.

I am 18, 0ncb, 1yrs driving exp. In May is my renewal, will be 19 and 1ncb.

Also, just for all you fiddlers.. I have found that co-habiting, renting to parents etc and parking on street is cheaper than in a locked garage.
