If you want noticeable lean gains from a 'supplement' it's usually not legal.

I just ended up buying some impace whey from myprotein, got cookie and cream as 15% off so worked out at £26 for 2.5kg. Good thing about whey is you only have 1 scoop (30g) each shake rather than others are like 2/3 and have the same amount of protein grams wise but double the scoop weight 50/60g.
Side note- Anytone bought chicken or anything else from musclefood website?

i tend to use bulk powders or bodybuilding warehouse
big fan of the protein pancakes
i dont know if bbw do it, but bulk powders do small 500g bags, for me its ideal, if you want to try a few different flavours and not sure if you could do a big tub. Also I may hammer the shakes when away and having same one day after day makes me get sick of them, so smaller bags mean i can alternate.
checking out that protein food direct now, i normally go to farm foods and get all the chicken, but fancy a bit of variety
