was 107 db at 5.5k revs. (has static limiter) dont forget vtec comes in at 5800 and revs to 9.
Thats with a standard mani with a cat. Its not even decatted. Im lookin at a japspeed mani and a decat and itll b around 115db.
The spoon has a bung you can use to get it through noise

Nice car,
However It'll never get 115db as that's f1 car threw a tunnel, where did you test it with to get 107db and which track let you on with that?

Nice mate! No wonder if was over the db limit. I couldn't stand how how the spoon N1 was on my ep3 so changed it for a HKS system. One of the best drivers cars. Miss my type r

Tested 107db at oulton and they wouldnt let me on so used a spoon bung.
type r's with a mani and decat regularly see close to 115db. think its at 107 with the most restrictive part of the exhaust still there - the cat.

On idle and out of vtec its actually not that loud.
The db on idle is 91 and the db of my vts with straight thru supersprint is 94db.
The gruppe m doesnt work untill vtec really which is when combined with the spoon is when it goes manic

How does yours rev to 9 when the rev limit is 8250?? Do you have a k100 or kpro?
Just got one of these too and love it. Mine is a lot quieter than that though haha. I've got a tegiwa M coming though and hoping to buy a buddy club spec 3/4 in the next month or 2.
One thing about the manifold -- don't bother unless your getting a kpro + remap. One, your engine management light will be on and two, the engine will run rich therefore making no power gains, just all noise!
Milano red rules though! Best colour EP3 going imo .
