Economically unless I'm accelerating onto a motorway where I normally take it up to 5k, although its needed to get a decent speed to join dual carriageways in my 1.1.

Im very speedy all the time but never go over the limit! Apart from if im in the new forest on some of the fun roads, My mate always gets me going on the motorway haha, especially if im overtaken by a people carrier or van he tells me to get them back. I shouldnt really but im not having him take the piss Lol

Ohh i also find certain types of music make me go faster or slower, and if im upset i always drive fast!

Relaxed usually, just a little faster.

Not too fast, an very cautious.

If I've got people in the car I drive slower then usual
