Cheers mate and it's colbalt blue mate.
My mate who sprayed it said it would be fine to polish it as it's been baked etc. Plus I always use auto glym on it.

Thats 1 lumpy idle you have, its worse than my 106 and it has 811 cat cams.
You'll be a happy man once its mapped.

Ye I've had loads of people saying to get morettes on front just need to decide if I'm going to get some or not.
Going to wait till I've had my bump strips and wheels sprayed first.

prefer it with badges!
make sure you get the cams setup properly, mapping alone may not sort the idle.

Think Youre the only one that has said that.
I think it looks crap with badge on personally and in getting the predator standalone so im sure Andy won't have any bother setting it up with cams he has a very good reputation on here mate.

Ok people after alot of searching and alot of thought I'm not going to go through with the predator standalone as I'm seeing alot of members putting there's up for sale lately Wich has me wondering why.
So I'm just looking at just getting a re map and not a standalone plug and play as I've been chatting with a few guys that do the mapping and they've basically said that a map Is just the same as the predator but it's obviously not a plug and play.

I think you should re consider. I had my standard ecu mapped and it still wasn't great. So when people say to take it to someone who has done them plenty of times they are not messing. The only place i know is the place in or near Manchester. The remap is £500 plus VAT, so really for £600 and an ecu that you can sell on and get some money back for it a no brainer to me! Standard mapped ecu you will only get around £100 for and then you have to buy another ecu and make sure that is all good. I think you should reconsider it. ECU runs your engine, if you take time to put the cams in take time to make sure its running ok, expense shouldn't be spared really. Do it cheap to it twice.
People selling Preds can just be because people split cars rather than selling them.
Plus if your going itb you will need standalone anyways!!!

Cheers mate will speak to Andy next week about getting it made up for me.

Matt likes this, am sure Andy will sort you right and it will be all worth it bud. When you get itb's other companies can map the car too which is a bonus unlike standard ecu which not many companies will play with. Definatly worth it. You'll have to let me know when you mapped up
