Default What manifold to go for

Hi guys , I have a custom exhaust made up to my standard manifold I'm looking at getting a new after market one and not sure what one is best for mk2 vtr
What is best the 4-1 or the 4-2-1

I had a raceland 4-2-1 on my vtr and was a good responsive set up, eventually making 126 bhp with a few other mods.

Was it a straight fit mate? Also did you notice a big difference in sound as it would replace the cat wouldn't it

I fitted the cat from a earlier vtr as they sit under the floor, sounded the same with and without the manifold. Fitted fine just a little fiddly to fit one of the nuts.

Aw ok I had the impression that the cat was on the manifold and would make it a lot louder cheers for the reply mate
