Why get a board that might fit when you can get the same Mobo on eBay ?

Im guessing your computer has broken and you think its the motherboard? Are u sure?

The pc boots up and then dies when booting even using new ram ' tried another 2 harddrives ' unplugged cd drives and usb during boot up and still the same.. also tried a new power unit and it still remains.

only last 2 things are the motherboard is bad or the cpu.. But most people say the cpu is one of the last things to ever knacker up on a pc.. Could be the cpu but would go with the motherboard as it seems more obvious.

What you think mate ?

but that's a refurbished board, may as well get a brand new one for cheaper and or similar price, maybe even with better specs

if you have tried everything and it's not having anything then it's possible the mobo has died.

mine went recently, was convinced it was the mobo, turned out to be the gfx card though which annoyed me because i really didnt wanna be spending loads on a new one

it only ever had one mate, it was an 8800gt oc2 i bought about 3 years ago, it served me well, but literally it broke the day after i crashed my car so i just bought a 450 gts to tide me over, but it seems to be as good as the 8800 so might keep it, no longer play many games as i cant find the time so just use it as a media pc now.
