Speed counter problem

Hi guys,
Im an owner of 106 rallye 1.3 with 1.6 vts engine.
Recently i changed my 1.3 counter to 1.6 but speed clock isnt working.
The actions i done are:
from 5 fuses i turned it to 2 fuse (yellow+black) with a diagram i found.
everything working sweet except speed clock
my gearbox has analog and digital output for speed
i tried to put the command line(middle wire) from gearbox fuse straight to the counter (black fuse slot 8) but no luck, speed still dead.
The only thing left to check is the sensor on the gearbox.
any ideas?

Put a scope on it and see what signal you have, if any.
