Question Handbrake parking.

Just wondering....
My m8 was driving us 2 football 1 day and done a handbrake turn into the parking space.
He asked me if he could damage his handbrake by doin this.
As a geuss I said it might damage the cord, but I have no idea.

Can it damage something somehow? or is it very unlikely

Not only will it knacker up the handbrake and tyres but it will put undue stress on most of the other suspension parts. Hope he breaks his car!

If you are 12 and insist on tucking your tracky pants into your 4 day dirty socks, maybe, but I can't understand what is so fun about handbraking???

it can be fun and can help you get a better feel for how your car reacts in different situations. can also help if unfortunatley you are getting chased/carjacked and want to get away quick in the other direction. i usually only do it if its nice and icey, empty carpark for example.
