Saxplee I have removed your access to the for sale section until this thread is updated and the problem resolved.

As above. I've asked you already to post photos of the damage / returned parcel / proof of postage etc but you just ignore the posts. If your genuine, post it up. It takes 2 minutes. If you don't, it's just much more suspicious.

Some people really do downgrade this site :/

Not trying to criticise you here mate, but the reason why people are slating you off is that you havent posted any evidence to show that you've tried to post the wind deflectors to him, which is making you look a bit dodgy...... you'd be doing yourself a big favour just spending 5 minutes taking a photo of the parcel and loading the photo up onto here just to show if you did make the effort of posting them..... that's all it takes to get everyone off your back

The thing which seems to come up time and time again with these threads is the piss poor communication from sellers.
'I have been working away'
That's fine but let the buyer know that, maybe even mention it in the for sale post.
Don't tell people its going to turn up on X day and then ignore their messages because you were not able to post it until 2 days later, just let them know.
It takes 2 minutes to reply to a message and everyone has a phone these days which can access the internet so there is no excuse.
If you know you are in the right as a seller then prove it, post a picture of the damaged items.
Post a picture of the receipt which will have the date and time of postage.
Most of these 'scammer' threads can be cleared up with sellers being more on the ball in regards to communications. £30 may not seem a lot of money to some people but for others it can be a lot, hence the reason some people get worried when something has not turned up when promised.
To the seller in this discussion, personally I would not spend the money until the item has been received by the buyer. Its only £30, leave it in your paypal account until everything is complete and then spend it. You need to sort this out as soon as possible, issue a refund asap. Also, the maintain any integrity you have left as a seller, post a picture of the damaged item.
