Isnt 0.3" pretty slow shutter speed i always get shake at the speed.

the use of the flash 'freezes' the person... but give enough time to absorb the ambient light dude... so it tends to come out ok

as sayer said, you can adjust different flashes on the 430/580 etc...
to create different effects to.

mine started off well... then it went down hill after that dude told me to change settings then i couldnt what I had them at originally.

hence why i didnt do what he told me to do lol! hes only worked for them for a couple of months, not long on an slr, ive been using an slr in a nightclub for over a year, so i knew that the settings he suggested with a flashgun were not going to work! on std flash they prob did but not on my speedlite!
i didnt lighten many images during PP and shar still said they were brilliant and its clear i listened lol! dude you gotta just do what works! have safety settings to get shots you need, then play and see what you get. BUT remember the safety settings to go back to if you need useable pics!
and what you think of my sunseeker you tool!

used full manual! still got lights (might be because of UV filter) but wanted to try using flash anyway.
switched between M and TV all day
