my jessops one is perfectly fine was cheap to.
i dont really do much still stuff, my monopod is a nice manfrotto though i use it alot more often.

What would you use a Monopod for Ryan... is that for all the Rally and Rugby stuff??

i use the manfrotto when ive got the 70-200 and tele convertor on, at track events usually. as for several hours handheld my camera will fuck my arms lol
a rugby game im good handhled as its only 80mins
