Default Cylinder heads

If i was to put a s1 rallye cylinder head on a vtr block, what sort of power increase could I expect?

There's a lad on Facebook called Luke Pountney, he had a s1 rallye with 1600 bottom end and 1.3 top end, I don't know the power, think the compression was very high though, try and ask him if you have no joy, his was cammed and used to keep up with vts's so I'd say 115-140bhp?

in short 0bhp. But it really depends on what you mean by head. If your talking everything from the head casting it self to the Rallys improved inlet system you could potentially see a improvement if its all mapped correctly. However the bare head it self is essentially the same (or near as dam it if your talking flow) as the head found on all the early MPI black top engines.
