Manifold, dizzy, modified tps, longer throttle cable, new leads, and well the bike carbs and a few bolts. I may be forgetting some things as I'm quite tired but sounds abouts right.

Sounds like a lot of hassle.....
Ideally I'd be needing someone who was selling the whole lot as a package rather than source the bits individually.

On the 16v it works out about the same for carbs and boddies. Its the 8v where it is cheaper as you don't need the ecu side of things you can just use parts from the old ax with the dizzy.

Why anyone would want to go back in time and use carbs on an engine is beyond me

Cause you don't have to mess around remapping the ecu everytime you upgrade the spark plugs
And it raw old skool power 👹
Could use megajolt instead of a dissy. Not very familiar with the ax. But I'd have though that a modern saxo engine wouldn't have the cutout in the head or the cam locator in the camshaft
