immobiliser issues?
hello all, today I changed my oil and filter, spark plugs and changed the stater motor. The started motor was a ball ache and after some tugging and pushing it popped out and I was able to replace it. the car fired up first time and was idling a little high so I put it back on the ramps, took the coil pack back off give everything a check over, reconnected the battery and went to start the car.............. Nothing, the engine turns over ok but there is no priming noise from the fuel pump and it just wont fire. I do have a orange key light flashing on the dash now. I did have to pull at the wiring around the starter motor a bit to get access for tools etc. The car is a 02 reg vtr. Please help.....
