Default Citoen ax with vts engine, advice needed on most things

Right, thinking scince my saxo is shot, I'll buy a cheap Citroën AX for a run about, although, If I'm to do this I will keep it and obviously VTS it or whatever else Is needed, is it a very hard job for motorsport tuning companys (up here there's a fair few of them) to do?

Also, most importantly, are these 3 stud or 4 stud? As I'd like to use my VTS wheels on it.
